As stated on each of our listings all of our prices are shown with VAT relief to allow private individuals with chronic illnesses or disabilities for domestic / personal use to purchase required mobility equipment or spares without VAT. In order to process your purchase in line with HMRC regulations you are required to either supply us with the `name, address and name of the chronic illness / disability’ of the end user or pay VAT.

You do not need to give any detail, just the brief name of the condition and do not need to provide any proof. This information is not shared with anyone but must be held in our VAT records.

Businesses of any type including Nursing Homes / Care Facilities and residents of such are not entitled to VAT relief and so VAT is due to be paid on your purchase, as per our listing.

This form only needs to be completed if resident in the UK or the EU, overseas buyer do not need to complete.
